Kelp Bed

For 6 years I lived at the water's edge on South Pender Island. We would walk across the moss to the cliff and scan the horizon for orcas and humpback whales. But, if we took the time to look straight down in to the water below, there was a kelp bed teaming with life; seals, seal lions, birds, fish. Magical.
