From the series Myths and Legends, which explores textile stories using a textile mosaic technique. This piece tells the story of the terrible dress Medea sent to her husband's new wife. The inside of the dress was coated with a strong poison which killed on contact. The symbols of the toxic elements of the Periodic Table are hidden beneath some of the flaps, lurking hidden but with deadly intent. 16" x 24".
